Eu acompanho a série desde o início e este livro me surpreendeu positivamente. Os heróis são mais maduros e a história é bem realista, os personagens são pessoas com experiência e não vivem de ilusões. A história deles é contada sem mei termo e de maneira crua, mas tem momentos doces e emocionantes. Confesso que fiquei de olhos marejados em várias cenas.

Nosso herói (Gage aka Cooper) está infiltrado em um clube rival a mando do presidente dos Reapers MC para obter informações e descobrir o que está acontecendo na cidade. Ele assume uma identidade fictícia e vai morar em um dos apartamentos da heroína (Tinker) e trabalha para ela como faz tudo.

A atração entre os dois é imediata e muito poderosa. 

Mas a única maneira que ele tem de se aproximar dos Nighthawk Raiders é através da irmã do novo presidente do clube. Talia é uma verdadeira bitch! Ela é linda mas desprezível. Apesar de atraído sexualmente por ela, nosso herói a despreza como ser humano. Aliás eles transam feito coelhos. Gage entra em um relacionamento com ela para se infiltrar no clube.

Todo sacrifício é válido para o bem do Reapers MC.

Tinker  perde o bebê dela e a partir dali a vida dela desmorona. Ela chuta o marido babaca dela e pede o divórcio. Em seguida a mãe dela falece e o pai dela começa a ter problemas de saúde.  

Não resta outra alternativa senão ela voltar para casa e tomar conta do pai dela e de tudo mais. 

A vida dela está muito complicada e o ex marido se recusa a aceitar o divórcio. Ela também tem que cuidar da confecção de chocolates que ela vende e também administrar os apartamentos que a família dela tem para alugar. A coitada está sobrecarregada e não tem intenção de iniciar um relacionamento tão cedo.

Por isso ela precisa de um homem  desesperadamente. Ela precisa de um homem que saiba consertar e resolver todos problemas que os inquilinos possam ter. E Gage é este homem. Ele é o "faz tudo" perfeito. 

Nossos heróis estão em uma fase da vida cheia de problemas o que impossibilita um início descomplicado no relacionamento deles.

Tinker com problemas pessoais e familiares e Gage vivendo uma vida que não é a dele. Ele mentiu desde o início e vai ser complicado explicar a situação para Tinker.

Quando a verdade vem a tona Gage está pronto para reivindicar sua mulher, mas nada é tão fácil como ele imagina.

Tem uma série de acontecimentos recheia a história com cenas muito boas que prendem a atenção do leitor e nos faz ficar grudados na leitura.

Não vou entrar em mais detalhes para não estragar o prazer de descobrir os detalhes da história ao longo da leitura.

Os personagens secundários são maravilhosos e a cidade é cheia de fofoqueiras e dramas.

A melhor amiga de Tinker é ótima!

Recomendo muito e aguardo mais histórias da série.

I follow the series from the beginning and this book surprised me positively. The heroes are more mature and the story is realistic, the characters are people with experience and not live on illusions. Their story is told without frills and a raw way, but has sweet and exciting scenes. I confess that I was teary eyed in several scenes.

Our hero (Gage aka Cooper) is infiltrating a rival Club at the behest of the President of the Reapers MC to obtain information and find out what's happening in the city. He takes a fictional identity and will live in one of the apartments of heroin (Tinker) and works for her as handyman.

The attraction between the two is immediate and very powerful. (Hot, hot, hot)

But the only way he has to approach the Nighthawk Raiders is through the sister of the new President of the Club. Talia is a real bitch! She is beautiful but a horrible person. Although attracted sexually for her, Gage despises her as a person. The two have sex everywhere. (Eca!) Gage goes into a relationship with her to infiltrate the Club.

All sacrifice is valid for the good of the Reapers MC.

Tinker loses her baby and from there her life falls apart. She kicks out her asshole husband and asks for a divorce. Then her mother passed away and her father begins to have health problems.

There is no other choice but she come home and take care of her father and everything else.

Her life is very complicated and the ex-husband refuses to accept divorce. She also has to take care of the production of chocolates that she sells and also manage the apartments that her family has for rent.  The poor thing is overloaded and has no intention of starting a relationship so soon.

So she needs a man desperately. She needs a man who can fix and resolve all problems that the tenants may have. And Gage is this man. He is the perfect handyman.

Our heroes are in a phase of life full of problems which makes impossible a uncomplicated start in their relationship.

Tinker with personal and family problems and Gage living a life that is not his. He lied from the beginning and it's going to be hard to explain the situation to Tinker.

When the truth comes to light Gage is ready to reclaim his woman, but nothing is as easy as he imagines.

Has a series of events that fills the story with very good scenes that hold the reader's attention and makes us stay glued to reading.

I won't go into more details so as not to spoil the pleasure of discovering the details of history along the reading.

The secondary characters are wonderful and the city is full of gossips and dramas.

Tinker's best friend is great!

I highly recommend and I look forward to more stories from the series.
